The HIFI Study, the largest prospective clinical study comparing localized prostate cancer treatments, enrolled 3,328 patients across 46 centers, including 1,967 HIFU patients and 1,361 Radical Prostatectomy (RP) patients—demonstrating key insights into treatment outcomes.

In addition, the HIFI-2 Study, recently published in European Urology Oncology, evaluated 531 patients across 32 sites and highlights the role of @FocalOneHIFU in managing radiorecurrent prostate cancer, showing strong oncologic control while preserving quality of life.

The HIFI-2 study, now published in European Urology Oncology, marks a major milestone in focal therapy. As the largest prospective clinical study of salvage HIFU following radiotherapy, it includes 531 patients across 30+ centers, offering real-world evidence.

Dr. Guillaume Ploussard, first author of the publication states, "This large prospective multicenter study demonstrates that salvage HIFU can achieve clinically meaningful oncologic control while maintaining an acceptable safety profile in patients with localized recurrence after radiotherapy."

This study reinforces the growing role of non-invasive, organ-preserving approaches such as @FocalOneHIFU in shaping the standard of care for prostate cancer management.
