@GodrejAppliance , no one has contacted me yet. If you call the call Center number, it literally asks you to dial the same number again???? And the WhatsApp not doesn’t work. Would not recommend anyone to purchase any Godrej appliance.

@GodrejAppliance : Atrocious service! My AC has been down for over two weeks. The technician diagnosed a faulty board and recommended a replacement, which I approved immediately. Yet, there is no record of a service request, no update, and no resolution. This is not acceptable!!!
