@n_ff @IanRunkle A few sets of gloves with superhots, I usually wear 3 sets, then as the top set melts, swap it, will still probably burn but not as bad, 9.30am and my face is already burning just processing seeds, job hazard.. Work with chillies and you'll be burnt

@Solearo Eat it but I'd slice up and put "on" food, not in whilst cooking.

Putting it in dissipates the heat throughout which is ok, but putting it on after finish cooking, doesn't adjust food flavour or make everything hot, will just hit pockets of heat
