The reason why I don't panic sell during times like this is because when I first invested in $TSLA in 2020, I made a commitment to myself that, whatever happens, I will not sell my position for at least a decade (until 2030) despite how hard or "bad" things get.

Even if the stock 5X'd (which it did), I didn't sell. Even if the stock crashes 80% (which it did), I didn't sell. And even if it were to be flat for 5 years (which it is), I didn't sell. Whatever happens in this decade, I will hold and add to position until 2030 unless my original thesis changes because $TSLA decides to change it.

My thesis was, back in 2020, that Tesla will solve FSD and deploy dedicated Robotaxis. It was a crazy thesis at the time but I knew investing because of the car business was not the reason to invest in the company. It was project after the cars. Autonomy.

Now 6 years later, seeing my thesis literally come alive with FSD pretty much solved and a dedicated Robotaxi (Cybercab) RAMPING, GROWING & DEPLOYING. There is NO WAY IN HELL I'm selling. In fact, I NEED MORE $TSLA STOCK.

Bad Bananas

I don't add bananas to my smoothies.

Why?

Not because bananas are bad (I love bananas). They contain polyphenol oxidase, an enzyme that can break down polyphenols. And studies suggest that when you add banana to a blueberry smoothie, you may absorb fewer of the beneficial polyphenols from the berries!

So instead, I use avocado. It gives the smoothie the same creamy texture with the bonus of monounsaturated fat in avocado, which can increase absorption of carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin from kale - nutrients important for eye and brain health.
