KHAN'S MOMENT OF GLORY: The most graceful way to handle the massive defeat inflicted by the people on its own rogue generals would be for the top brass to immediately:
- Release Imran Khan and withdraw all the cases against him.
- Remove all restrictions on his party to resume political activities, including holding the National Assembly session.
- Remove all restrictions on the media to report Khan and his party, the most popular man in the country.
Khan in return should:
- Send a thank you message to the people for persevering, fighting back and winning.
- Call a mammoth rally at D-Chowk, Constitution Avenue, in a few days give his Charter of Reconciliation and Co-existence, calling upon all to work together and assuring all that he would not show vengeance and go for revenge.
- If there is unnecessary resistance and arrogance showed by some top Generals, the Army must ensure that for the country to get back to a normal existence, retirement of 3-4 persons should not be a high price.
After all, the top generals won small battles against Khan, BUT HE WON THE ULTIMATE WAR. THIS MUST BE ACCEPTED.
