After years as a 1099 subcontractor in unsafe conditions, Dagoberto Castillo sought more for his 2-year-old son. Inspired by a friend’s success with HIRE360, he joined the 2025 Take Charge EV Charging Pre-Apprenticeship, gaining skills, safety certs, and a path to IBEW Local 701.
