Day 5.

Built the first version of the admin panel today.

Feels weird building tools to manage a product that didn’t even exist a few days ago.

Day 4 of building my startup.

Today I noticed a weird bug.

The profile route was using the user’s actual name.

So if someone signed up as “John Doe”…

the URL became:
/u/John%20Doe

One of those things you don’t think about until it breaks.

Btw solved it.

The hardest part of building isn’t the code.

It’s the moments of doubt when you question if you’re building the right thing.

Today I forced myself to write down 3 reasons why this product matters.

Clarity is key.

They actually removed the IDE from Antigravity 2.0 and made it a chatbot 😭. Time to leave Antigravity.

Day 3 of building.

Today I worked on the user dashboard/home screen.

Feels good seeing the product slowly move from “just an idea” to something people could actually use.

Still a lot left to build.

But for the first time, it’s starting to feel like a real startup.

Day 2 of building my startup.

Broke the entire product into 5 phases so I don’t overwhelm myself.

Today I completed Phase 1:

Landing page
Authentication
Basic platform setup

Doesn’t look like much yet.

Seeing the idea work hits differently.

4 more phases to go.
