대통령님, 이런 말을 함부로 하면 안 되는데 저는 이런 감정적인 사람이 아닌데 다소 과격하지만 이런 표현을 오늘 안 하면 못 할 거 같아서 하겠습니다.
저는 오늘 죽어도 여한이 없을 정도입니다.

왜나면 대통령님을 2014년부터 지난 12년 동안 지지하면서 꿈을 꾼 것이 평범한 국민들이 잘 사는 세상이고 꿈과 희망을 잃지 않는 세상이었습니다.
그리고 그 날이 드디어 찾아왔고 하나하나 그 꿈들이 이뤄지고 있다는 느낌을 지금도 받고 있습니다.

���람되지만 2014년 성남시장 시절부터 저는 시장님이 대통령이 되셔야 ���다고 생각했습니다.
그리고 그것이 현실화 되기 위해서 윤석열이라는 거대한 벽을 넘어야 했습니다.
그 힘든 과정 뒤에는 이재명 대통령 시대라는 희망이 자리잡고 있었으니까요.

저는 그래서 그 고난을 이겨냈고 누가 알아주지 않아도 된다고 생각하고 살았습니다.

그런데, 대통령님이 이 별거없는 미천한 사람의 노력을 인정해줬다는 것에 무한한 영광과 기쁨을 느낍니다.
이건 어떠한 상이나 어떠한 돈과 금과도 바꿀 수 없을 것 같습니다.

그러면서도 부끄럽습니다.
대통령님께 이렇게 칭찬 받으려고 답글을 드린 것은 아닌데 그렇게 됐네요.

저는 오늘부터 다른 사람이 돼야 겠다는 생각이 듭니다.
그동안 너무 힘들었고 악에 바치는 일이 많았는데 조금 더 참고 대통령님의 격려에 걸맞는 사람이 되기 위해 노력하겠습니다.

하루 아침에 변할 수는 없���지만 오늘의 대통령님의 격려는 비록 온라인 상이지만 저에게는 너무 큰 기쁨이자 선물입니다.

일전에 대통령님이 윤석열 탄핵 집회���서 저와 가까운 곳에 모자를 쓰시고 위장을 한 채 서 계신 적이 두 번 있습니다.

마음 속으론 가서 악수라도 하고 싶었지만 보안상 참았지요.
사실 대통령이 되시기 전에는 절대 함께 사진도 찍지 않고 악수도 하지 말자는 다짐을 했던 터라 그런 면도 있습니다.
이승환 콘서트 때도 아마 뒤 쪽에서 제 옆에 계셨을 겁니다.

글이 너무 길어졌네요.
저는 지금 너무 눈물을 많이 흘렸습니다. 허허.

대통령님도 많은 어려움에 많은 고민과 번뇌가 있으시리라 생각됩니다.
그러나 대통령님 뒤에는 우리가 있습니다.
그 어떠한 풍파가 오고 시련이 다가와도 대통령님이 성공해서 이 나라 국민들이 모두 희망을 가지고 살 수 있도록 하기 위해 저를 비롯한 모든 지지자들은 앞으로도 모든 지원과 지지를 아끼지 않을 겁니다.
저 하나만이 아닌 우리 모두를 위해 그리고 ���래 세대인 2030대와 10대들을 위해 저는 할 수 있는 모든 것을 다 할 겁니다.

긍정적 효과보다 부정적 효과가 큰 것은 분명한만큼 국가정책으로 세제, 금융, 규제 등에서 다주택자들에게 부여한 부당한 특혜는 회수해야할 뿐 아니라, 다주택보유로 만들어진 사회문제에 대해 일정정도 책임과 부담을 지우는 게 공정���고 상식에 부합합니다.

정치란 국민들간의 이해관계를 조정해 가며 국민 다수의 최대행복을 위해 누가 더 잘하나를 겨루어 국민으로부터 나라살림을 맡을 권력을 위임받는 것입니다.

국민의힘은 작은 땅덩이에 수도권 집중까지 겹쳐 부동산 투기 요인이 많은 대한민국에서 소수의 투자투기용 다주택 보유를 바람직하다고 생각하는 걸까요? 설마 그 정도로 상식이 없지는 않을 겁니다.

폐해가 큰 다주택에 대한 특혜의 부당함, 특혜 폐지는 물론 규제 강화의 필요성을 모를 리 없는 국민의힘이 무주택 서민과 청년들의 주거안정, 망국적 부동산 투기 근절을 위한 다주택 억제정책에 납득하기 어려운 ���유를 들어 시비에 가까운 비난을 하니 참으로 안타깝습니다.

일각에서 다주택��� 임대물건을 공급하는데 다주택 매도로 임대가 줄면 전세 월세가 오르니 다주택을 권장 보호하고 세제 금융 등의 혜택까지 주어야 한다고 주장합니다.

우선 다주택이 줄어들면 그만큼 무주택자 즉 임대 수요가 줄어드니 이 주장은 무리하고, 주택임대는 주거문제의 국가적 중대성과 공공성을 고려하여 가급적 공공에서 맡는 것이 바람직할 것입니다.

장동혁대표께서 청와대여 오시면 조용히 여쭤보고 싶었던 게 있었는데, 이번 기회에 여쭙겠습니다.
