My account was deactivated a long back stating fraudulent activities when i asked for justification nothing was provided, that user id had my aadhar linked!

Now when I made a new account i was told by one of your customer care member that i can book tatkal tickets with pan verification but now it's not allowing me, neither allowing me to delink my old aadhar account
So now I can't book tatkal tickets!
Please solve this!
