1) Sebta is located in Africa, in Morocco more precisely .

2) 50,000 underprivileged young Moroccans were lured by the promise of a better life in Ceuta. It was wrong, and I don’t support it.

Many got there, saw a different kind of poverty, and went back home. All of them are in Morocco today. They realized poverty in Morocco was better than poverty in Ceuta.

Now be thankful Morocco is stopping 200,000 sub-Saharan Africans from doing the same. If they would have crossed, they wouldn’t be going back.

2) 50 000 missgynnade unga marockaner lockades av löftet om ett bättre liv i Ceuta. Det var fel, och jag stöder det inte.

Många kom dit, såg en annan sorts fattigdom och återvände hem. Alla är i Marocko idag. De insåg att fattigdomen i Marocko var bättre än fattigdomen i Ceuta.

Var nu tacksamma för att Marocko hindrar 200 000 afrikaner söder om Sahara från att göra detsamma. Om de korsade gränsen skulle de inte åka tillbaka.

They walked there, they saw a different kind of poverty and then went back to their homes in Morocco. They realized poverty in Morocco is better than poverty in Sebta.

Be thankful Morocco is holding 200,000 sub-Saharan africans from doing the same thing because then, it will not take them back after they cross

- Ceuta är inte en del av Schengenområdet. Gränskontroller tillämpas vid ankomst och avresa mellan Ceuta och Schengenområdet (Spaniens fastland).
