El Dr. Refaat es boliviano y estudió medicina en el país, practicó esa profesión en Bolivia, ayudando a mucha gente en Santa Cruz.
Exigimos a las autoridades bolivianas, especialmente al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, que no dejen abandonado a un compatriota. Es obligación del gobierno extremar los esfuerzos para repatriar al Dr. Refaat y a su familia de manera inmediata.

In this video, Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, abducted by the Israeli army from Kamal Adwan Hospital, is seen with Dr. Hani Badran, whose entire family was killed by Israeli forces just a month ago.

Dr. Hossam, who also lost his son in October, had been supporting Dr. Hani through his tragedy. Since the Israeli raid on the hospital, there has been no information about either of the doctors.

They are not only witnessing the murder of their families but are also detained in unknown locations.
