Interesting find in pleural fluid.... Lots of eosinophils... (>10% of nucleated cells) known as “eosinophilic pleural effusion”. Associated with malignancies, pleural exudates, pneumothorax among others...#pleuralfluid #eosinophils #pathology #🫁🫁🫁
