I haven’t seen Mr. Beast’s video but I bet there was an entourage from SpaceX and probably a more curated experience than Tim’s work.

@JDVanceNewsX Since the proper means to dispose of the flag is by burning it. Burning it in protest could be considered a type of Free Speech which is Protected by the First Amendment (needs testing in court).

So arresting someone for burning it for either disposal or speech is unfathomable.
