@GWRHelp your train services today have been far from good.
No air con, then kicked off to condense carriages so people are now standing...and were running half hour late due to this change over and people are missing the next train connection. Its not acceptable!!

@cardiffcouncil im all up for doing what we can for the environment but not cutting the grass for weeks & weeks, leads to animals getting hurt. £100 today to have grass seeds removed from my dogs paws...which if the grass had been cut down even slightly wouldn't have happened.

@O2 your service is a joke. Ordered a new phone which was meant to be delivered Monday, then yesterday, then today and now a message says tomorrow...but the tracking shows yesterday's date still. You'll be charging me from date of purchase though no doubt!!

@Cardiffbus it's jonwonder people would rather drive than use your bus service...3 buses haven't turned up at peak travel time to get people into work. Your says nothing about cancellations or delays...and then you'll charge a stupid amount to get into the city centre!!

@cardiffcouncil please explain how you've closed our road from 8am today for resurfacing and yet the scrap metal collect has been able to get to the bottom of the street? I rearranged a sofa delivery because today it was meant to be closed and I have no furniture!!!

@cardiffcouncil for over 2 weeks you've not collected the recycling bags from pontprennau. You said Saturday then Sunday and nothing has happened. Streets are lined with bags and attracting rats from the woodland. Not the service we pay for!!

@BondiBoost I think you need a new strategy for this time of year. Sending out parcels with your branding clearly on show has meant the surprise has gone from Xmas day!! How stupid to not use blank boxes especially around xmas. All the effort for a surprise...just gone like that!
