I've shared this true story many times.

A final-year MBBS student was having tea with his friends at a roadside stall.

He saw some people fighting on the road and stepped in to stop it.

He was struck on the head with an iron rod and lost the sight in both his eyes. He became blind.

This story has always stayed with me.

Never ever get involved in fights in public. Don't get involved in protests.

Just one wrong move, and your entire life can be over.

Don't play the hero. Life is not a movie.

Stay safe. Focus on your life, your career, and your family.

Nothing will change. If things could have changed, they would have changed a long time ago.
