@Aeroplan I have been trying to phone for 5 days! I’ve never been so frustrated with a company’s “customer service.” I am trying to add a pet in the cabin to an existing ticket and can’t do it online. Will someone please help me?

@Aeroplan That would be wonderful if I could even get connected. It just says we can’t connect you and hangs up on me. I got to be on hold once. It said a 63 minute wait and after over 2 hours on hold it disconnected me. What are my other options because this is ridiculous.
