TnG .. your live chat is useless, your website is useless. I just want to report a lost card and want to get a replacement card. No reply from live and it's passed 8pm Friday now. I wasted my time and have to wait till Monday to talk to anyone. Why lar so ineffective??

@GrabMY I am trying to register as merchant but my application keeps getting rejected for reasons unclear. I tried get help centre and he couldn't help too. I hope Grab can improve on this issue. Please dm me to start resolving this.

@GrabMY Am trying very very hard to reg as Grab merchant. Am not illiterate person and hv huge problems doing it. How the h*** do the hawkers do it?? I filled up the reg form and my info was rejected. Reasons which I don’t understand. Company name and Brand name?

So even if Grab staff can’t help me out, how can I register?? Pls tell your IT dept to understand the issues and not just dish out auto system to confuse ppl.

I called your help line. The guy also couldn’t help. He told me to call Grab near me. I googled and couldn’t find appropriate link. I asked him to help. He TOO couldn’t find Grab office near me, George Town, Penang.

Also, Bank statement rejected. Why? I printed with name, account number, bank name on top. Then you sent a “docusign” doc to sign. But suddenly there appears a signature alrdy! So how do I sign. Wasted my time downloading the Docusign app.

@GrabMY your grab app is useless!!! For grabexpress, i hv reported so so many times and it is NOT corrected at all!!! Wth??! Each time even when delivery has been completed, it still shows outstanding “driver busy…” AND THIS CAN’T BE CLEARED!! I hv to log out and in again!
