@Paris2024 tried to buy tickets and it says the transaction has failed, but the money has been taken from my account. How can I either cancel the transaction or ensure I’ve the tickets?

@AskVirginMoney Over the last 6 months I’ve probably had 5 calls to virgin, each I was on hold over 45 mins. Is there no better way of speaking to someone? It’s beyond Frustrating to the point I’m leaving, but I need to talk to some to do that
