Here is @WestJet response to my customer feedback form about the hotel they put us in when our flight was delayed in Fort Lauderdale.
Here are some pictures of that hotel and a reminder that my meal vouchers didn't work. All of these pictures and info were in the form.
Here is the hotel that @WestJet put us in when our flight out of Fort Lauderdale was delayed. It is the Plaza Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Don't be fooled by the hotel photos online. Our room looked nothing like those pictures.

@WestJet This hotel should not even be an option for WestJet. I understand that WestJet may not have access to all rooms at all hotels, but please please drop this one from your list of possibilities. It is not safe or clean.

When I tried to give feedback on your website, I was given the same link as below. When I submitted my receipts for review I didn't get an email acknowledging my submission (though your site says to take a screenshot because none will be provided).
@WestJet My meal vouchers did not work either at the Fort Lauderdale airport nor the Atlanta airport.
I have made a claim with WestJet. We'll see what happens.
@WestJet The other issue is that I'm out over $750 for this one night delay.
We paid for a room at the Comfort Inn by the airport, which was $550 CAD for one night.
We paid for the cab to the first hotel, (25km from the airport - 50 USD), and an Uber back to the Comfort Inn (same cost)
@cityofwinnipeg what is the wait time for pothole repair? I submitted these on the city's "report a pothole" page once without pictures and another time with pictures over the last few weeks.
