Tip below was 🔑 for me to speak with an agent.Took me 47 tries & 2.5hrs to find out they have no idea the status of my childs passport renewal. Told to line up the NIGHT before outside an office. I started this process in February.

@queen_ofhartz @PassportCan You can get through on the phone line. After the language prompt, if you get the “for general info” recording, hang up and re-dial. Be prepared to-redial 100-200 times. The right queue you’re looking is when you’re asked what country you’re dialling from. I got through yesterday
