I would have calculated the present value of the costs and suggest that the costs be fully disclosed by Exxon. They have the data but kept the disclosure at the conceptual level to avoid liability. They should have a bigger earnings hit. https://t.co/tGV7X5HsuU

This is huge case for the future of the world. The costs of climate change are real and companies responsible should be financially liable. The problem is properly attributing the costs to those responsible. NYS needs better valuation techniques.
