@bbsourpatch Police can compel you to use your face to unlock your phone without violating the Constitution. Same goes for fingerprints. Your likeness is not considered testimonial. They can’t compel you to verbally give them a passcode without getting a warrant first though.
Things I Wish I Knew Earlier (Health Edition):
1. Tallow is magic – Best all-around: moisturizer for face, leave-in conditioner for hair (just add essential oils). Tea tree for acne, myrrh for glow, rosemary for hair growth, sapote/mamey for thick hair.
2. Eat animal-based Red meat is your best friend. Pair it with honey, mangos, berries, and organ meats (take organ capsules if needed). Avoid flour, rice, and starchy carbs. Preservatives = sickness. Whole milk is fine if it’s pure. Raw fish, carpaccio, oysters, and salmon = essentials. Omega-3s keep you alive. Cook with tallow, ghee, or coconut oil (no seed oils!). Olive oil is great but never heat it.
3. Train smart – Lift heavy weights 2-3x/week and add cardio (run, bike). Pilates is great for shaping, but weights + cardio are for longevity. Train so you can carry your kids at 80.
4. Grounding is real – We are electrical beings. Touching the earth (walking barefoot) aligns your body’s electrical poles. It’s not “fake science”—it works.
5. Blue light blockers = essential – Blue light from screens destroys your circadian rhythm. Get blue light glasses and limit screen time at night to fix your sleep cycles.
6. The sun is your friend – Get 10-15 minutes daily without SPF for vitamin D. Use mineral SPF only on your face. Build sun resistance with gradual exposure, beta carotene (carrots), and vitamin E (red meat).
7. Coffee isn’t your friend – Skip it. Black tea and matcha are better for energy and won’t disrupt your system like coffee does.
8. Sleep is non-negotiable – Women need 10 hours of sleep to thrive (9 hours at worst); aim for 8.5 hours minimum. Sleep is when you heal and grow.
9. Cook safely – Use stainless steel or glass cookware. Non-stick chemicals cause tumors and birth defects.
10. Vinegar + baking soda = everything – Clean, cook, and deodorize with them. Add essential oils like clove, eucalyptus, or tea tree for extra power.
11. Hydrate with electrolytes – Just water isn’t enough. Add salt and apple cider vinegar (if you don’t have good electrolytes on hand) to stay hydrated and energized.
12. Seed oils = poison – Avoid them entirely. Cook with ghee, tallow, or coconut oil instead.
13. Read + touch grass – Social media rots your brain. Go outdoors, touch grass, camp, breathe, and reconnect with nature. Truth, beauty, goodness, and God = real joy.
(Pro tip: Pray the rosary—it’s a surefire way to rid your body of anxiety and find peace.)
Life-changing.
@FinanceTurkey@ashtags@RobbSmith@Aella_Girl social media promotes impossible and unrealistic beauty standards that men then hold women to. filters, editing, ai, etc. by only posting highly edited versions of themselves they then present this is the reality when they themselves dont look like the final edited photo.
this might seem trivial to some but this is how men often disrupt women's fun, take pleasure in their discomfort and then gaslight them by labeling their reactions as crazy or over-the-top
@motheryue @NicouNetwork@wtflanksteak its performative. you dont know if shes paying “normal” rent. a lump sum back at the end is patronizing and possibly even unhelpful.
Sabrina Carpenter is genius for how she embraces her sexuality but still keeps women as her target audience. Like how is she performing in lingerie and I still feel like it's not for men at all? I can't comprehend it, but I love it
