@VoltasBeko Technician checked SR 26090826764 (gas leak/E5 error) 3 days ago. Left saying "waiting for parts." Zero updates or ETA since. How long to source spares in Noida? Unacceptable to leave a family without a fridge. Escalate immediately.

@VoltasBeko Raised a complaint on 09 Sept 26 (Req No: 26090826764) and it’s still unresolved! Told the part is "unavailable." The fridge broke down within warranty, failed again <1 year after repair, and I've been relying on neighbors for over a month. Please replace it immediately.

इस नक्शे को हमने RTI के माध्यम से नोयडा प्राधिकरण से प्राप्त किया था जो कि गुलशन इकेबाना सोसाइटी सेक्टर 143 का है यही नियमावली पूरे नोएडा में प्राधिकरण द्वारा लागू है लेकिन 1500mm की बाउंडरी और उसके ऊपर 600mm की रेलिंग के साथ महज़ 1 सर्विस गेट शायद ही कहीं लगा हुआ मिलेगा । अब प्राधिकरण ने स्वयं अपने ही नियम का उल्लंघन करते हुए वहां पार्किंग बसूली शुरू कर दी है जो कि नियमविरुद्ध है लिहाजा यदि 31 जनवरी तक नोएडा प्राधिकरण अगर ये पार्किंग शुल्क की वसूली वापस नहीं लेता है तो हम कोर्ट जाएंगे और फ्लैट ओनर्स महासंघ निवासियों का पक्ष पूरे तथ्यों के साथ रखेगा

जनता के शोषण का कारण यहां जनभागीदारी का न होना ही है ।

नोएडा के सेक्टर 74 से 79 तक सभी सोसाइटीज में बनी सुविधा शॉपिंग में पहले तो बिल्डर्स को पूरा साथ देकर बेचने दिया लेकिन प्राधिकरण ये भूल गया कि उसके ही द्वारा पास किये गए नक्शे में सुविधा शॉपिंग के बाहरी हिस्से में 1500mm की बाउंडरी (ब्रिक वाल) +600mm की रेलिंग अनिवार्य है और महज़ 2 सर्विस गेट अनुमन्य हैं लेकिन प्राधिकरण के अधिकारियों को ये नहीं दिखाई देता है ,लेकिन वहां पार्किंग के टेंडर निकालकर धन कमाना बखूबी आता है ।
इस विषय पर हम आज ही एक कानूनी नोटिस नोएडा प्राधिकरण और मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी महोदय को ई मेल और डाक द्वारा भेजेंगे क्योंकि सोसाइटी की सुविधा शॉपिंग में पार्किंग लगने का कहीं कोई प्रवधान ही नहीं है ।
अब प्राधिकरण अगर इसे व्यावसायिक शॉपिंग कहता है तो वह स्वयं अपने नक्शे के मामले में क्या कहेगा ?
