@hankgreen As a leukemia & lymphoma nurse, I had no idea the hair loss hurt! I really appreciate you being so open and honest about your journey publicly. Whatever tips & tricks you find that work for you along the way, I'll be sure to pass on to my patients! Thanks for being the greatest!
Just watched a man at a bar in Penn Station order two martinis, pay for them, promptly pour them into an empty Evian bottle, and then walk out all while Billy Joel’s “Uptown Girl” played on the jukebox. Happy holidays!
Part-time food service, part-time church intern, part-time direct sales, PRN nurse tech. Got denied from FWS bc of my parents income even though they were not contributing anything to my ed. I would 2-3 of these at a time, pulling 20-60 hours a week, depending on class sched.
If you came to hospital seeking care on my unit, there would be a SINGLE nurse there for you. As far as I know, she is the only one (out of probably 50-60) who doesn't have student loans, and she doesn't because her parents were wealthy enough to pay for her entire education.
So if everyone who couldn’t afford school and had to take out loans just didn’t go to school, like y’all suggest, how many teachers, doctors, nurses, psychologists, therapists, etc would we actually have?? Quickly.
