@HABiBtheDWEEB@elonmusk@TeslaCharging I told my managers 5 years ago they would need to start retrofitting the supercharging stations to accommodate the cybertruck. A good percentage of the trucks will have trailers. At a lot of the stations, you currently would have to detach the trailer before charging. Unworkable
I shared this note with the Washington Post team this morning:
I’m writing to let you know about a change coming to our opinion pages.
We are going to be writing every day in support and defense of two pillars: personal liberties and free markets. We’ll cover other topics too of course, but viewpoints opposing those pillars will be left to be published by others.
There was a time when a newspaper, especially one that was a local monopoly, might have seen it as a service to bring to the reader’s doorstep every morning a broad-based opinion section that sought to cover all views. Today, the internet does that job.
I am of America and for America, and proud to be so. Our country did not get here by being typical. And a big part of America’s success has been freedom in the economic realm and everywhere else. Freedom is ethical — it minimizes coercion — and practical — it drives creativity, invention, and prosperity.
I offered David Shipley, whom I greatly admire, the opportunity to lead this new chapter. I suggested to him that if the answer wasn’t “hell yes,” then it had to be “no.” After careful consideration, David decided to step away. This is a significant shift, it won’t be easy, and it will require 100% commitment — I respect his decision. We’ll be searching for a new Opinion Editor to own this new direction.
I’m confident that free markets and personal liberties are right for America. I also believe these viewpoints are underserved in the current market of ideas and news opinion. I’m excited for us together to fill that void.

@CollinRugg Against the grain take, but isn’t a rule in Speed Walking that both feet cannot be off the ground at the same time. The Ukrainian is cheating.
Ok, @ericweinstein! Have you been able to absorb the latest Rogan episode (Mr. Howard)? Did Joe expose you to the information presented preemptively? I would love to hear your non-committal initial reaction. All caveats in place.
Whoa! Big gamble by Chad Weiberg. Not because I think David Taylor will fail. The probability is that he doesn’t fail. If he does though, 100% Weiberg is out. Gamble yes, but a good gamble.
@RobertKennedyJr Thank you for bringing so much darkness to light. Are there any vaccines that you think are currently efficacious? - Dad of a 10-month old.
I wonder which platform will circumvent the DNC’s ban on debates. Filling the obvious gap that they are leaving in the zeitgeist and end up undermining the DNC’s plans to keep Biden uncontested. I bet the conversations started, for some, before the announcement was ever made.
Well there is a first for everything. Likely legacy @Twitter programming flagged my previous Tweet as possibly containing sensitive content. @elonmusk, this might be interesting to look into. I can’t imagine getting flagged by 1 of my 41 followers, but maybe. ???
@hubermanlab Best form of water for prevention of recurrent nephrolithiasis (i.e. purified, mineral, distilled, still, sparkling). I understand a general audience would need a general answer for a podcast, but a specific recommendation for calcium oxolate calculus type would be appreciated.
