Mayfield says with turning down Netflix’s “Quarterback” the first couple of times, he wanted to make sure it wasn’t going to be a “me me me” thing. But talking to guys who have done it before, he felt more comfortable saying yes this time and allowing the crew to capture this period of life for him and his family.
