@UPSHelp_CA hey UPS, is it standard for your carriers to attempt deliveries without ever showing up at the house the delivery needs to be made at? Tracking says delivery attempted, but my security camera shows no one but Canada Post arriving today.

@UbisoftCanada I bought a game on December 18th to play over Christmas. The game didn't appear in my inventory. I messaged support to help. 17 days later and still no game. 7 days since my last response from support. This isn't how I expect to be treated as a customer.
