We are hiring to build the industrial Metaverse. If you are a web developer and the 2D nature of your job starts to be a bit boring, we want you on our team. If you like to think outside of the (2D Desktop paradigm) box, we have a Job for you.
Dusted off and ported some code from a Processing sketch by pre-2012-era me. Unclear whether it was derived wholly from Wikipedia but that's highschoolers for you. Bonus bell pepper!
With identity hidden, Aiza joins the army to become a Knight. With mismatched friends at her side and a one-armed mentor, she looks for a different ending to the stories being told.

A decentralized and distributed #Metaverse requires independent tools and applications – from robot control to posture analysis to tutoring – all of which coexist in the same 3D environment.
Our vision for the #Metaverse, a thread 🧵
Read the comic book put together by @PTC_RealityLab , a visual tool which shows their vision for #SpatialComputing and #DigitalTwin. Virtual Spatial Sensors combined with Spatial #Programming allow for precise emergency event coordination.

@BenHouston3D@PTC_RealityLab@threejs That project was a major inspiration! After trying several other approaches we realized that similar message passing can be done with iframes and webworkers.
@BenHouston3D@PTC_RealityLab@threejs I believe that's correct, although there's some fiddly bits around overlapping iframes that I'm not sure about. @BenReynoldsDev might know more about than I do. My next project is to look into this!
@BenHouston3D@PTC_RealityLab@threejs Our approach is close to the latter. Each iframe uses a fake WebGL context which batches up commands that are then sent to the container for execution. This is not an ideal solution but it fulfills our goal of researching spatial interactions. Hoping to put a blog post out soon!
A #realtime#Spatial#DigitalTwin that records all motion, calculates all future motion pathways, knows about all #IoT and spatial communication, allows you to continuously discover how to do a better job and foster a dialog across hierarchies and departments. #Metaverse
With the help of the latest @adafruit adabox I've made my new favorite project! It's an e-ink refrigerator magnet which displays the latest glitched tarot cards from @thelastdeck.
Check out this webinar by our member @afuste with @xrpedagogy talking about #AugmentedReality interfaces for learning Computational Thinking 👾🔸💭 https://t.co/BrujNc8eqK
Led by @dervali, the @PTCRealityLab is exploring #SpatialComputing in industrial environments and how #AR can provide an intuitive user interface at architectural scale.
I finished a very basic version 0.1 of an @MozillaIoT interface for the @PTCRealityLab spatial toolbox edge server! I'm having fun controlling my zwave lamp in AR. If you want to try it out for yourself, start here: https://t.co/v7keeQ2Ohw
@chalkers I'm not an expert and I normally wouldn't weigh in here. I just saw that none of the replies to your tweet had any links or sources and felt that at least one reply should provide a bit of knowledge to readers. This is a very difficult time, trust science and be kind.
@chalkers Masks work (except on zoom, obviously). Here's an article: https://t.co/rFyQD3Ck8w. Here's a more academic format: https://t.co/grbV6l22U9. The study you're thinking about appears to be the recent Duke study which is specifically referring to a thin polyester neck gaiter
