@TUIUK Avoid @TUIUK. Went on a shambolic cruise in December to the Caribbean. Trips cancelled at last munite, port of calls ditched. 72 hours on the vessel in a row... And they don't care at all. Customer service and aftercare is a joke. They just care about taking your money
