"a fleet of school buses will be FACTORY-EQUIPPED"
I spoke to the CEO and this is the start of OEM relationship for $GKPRF with Bluebird. For those who don't understand how big this is, go look at the $BLBD chart. This company has been on fire in K-12.
This deal is acknowledgment that Gatekeeper is also on fire in K-12 for what they do. So, the companies coming together to factory equip buses with Gatekeeper systems it's not only a testament to their leadership position, but will also bring a lot more revenue without the associated sales and marketing expenses ๐ฅ๐
$GKPRF is basically hitching a ride on the $BLBD bus! ๐ช๐ฝ๐
At 71 years old, RFK Jr. shrunk his visceral fat by 40% in a 30 days.
Most men his age are on blood pressure meds and statins.
Dr. Sean O'Mara helped him reverse atrial fibrillation with food alone.
Here's the protocol he followed (and how to copy it):๐งต
$GKPRF is taking off this morning ๐
On Friday's show, I broke the news of the Toronto Transit Commission moving forward with a pilot program using Gatekeeper's technology to automatically catch drivers who illegally pass street cars in the city.
The program involves just four cars at over $100,000 per car, but the city has 235 cars in total. https://t.co/o4ceLrdFYW
Then, this morning, Gatekeeper announced this: https://t.co/o4ceLrdFYW
I have previously said that Gatekeeper typically announces lots of big deals and news during the summer months... and it appears that the summer fund has begun ๐ฅ

$ASTS - Added to my AST position for the first time in over a year yesterday.
Markets are brutal, but Iโm more bullish than ever on ASTโs future.
MY REASONING
There is so much pointing in the right direction right now.
๐ต Manufacturing ramping - It happens now. This is what we have been waiting for. The constellation will grow fast. The carbon fiber Block 2 design is ready. Stacking is solved. Deployment and unfurling was a success. The design works and is ready for mass production.
๐ต Manufacturing expansion - Plans on almost doubling manufacturing space beg the question - why? AST must see large demand for their satellites. If AST was "only" going for the commercial D2D market, they wouldn't need this expansion. They are well capitalized for the D2D opportunity originaly planed. So, either they want to speed up D2D deployment, or - it's something else, like government shells, like Golden Dome. I think it's the latter.
๐ต J-LEO - Will be announced very shortly, and I'm 99% certain that AST will be awarded this contract. It's a big win in itself, and the signal it sends for future awards is even bigger. AST has the right architecture, and if it works in the US and Japan, it works everywhere.
๐ต The $1B convert - Dilution sucks. But it's not much and if that's what it takes to go for new big opportunities (like Golden Dome), then I'm all for it. Itโs about trusting management and I do trust them. I want them to be offensive. I want them to shoot for the big awards, money-wise and contract-wise. It's also money for more launches. When New Glenn blew up on the pad, the equation changed. Money spent on more Falcon 9 or Vulcan launches is money well spent.
๐ต US JV - T-Mobile is ditching Starlink Mobile and going with AST. Many indications that AST is the MNO:s first choice and only alternative. Starlink Mobile want to do their own thing and compete with the MNO:s. It will be a global trend, and it will help AST.
Time will tell if I made the right call. I like my odds.

"Iโm especially excited for them to get food grade plastic approvals in major jurisdictions. The data is clear. The approvals will come and I expect the graphene will not just be added to plastics by some. In time govs will mandate it for environmental and health reasons. This will be an absolutely massive achievement we should expect based on science
These Gov agencies move so slowly. But they do move and Iโm 100% confident fda approval is just a matter of time. Same as Reach. Food grade plastic is a monster of a market segment. We are also working on packaging that can extend food shelf life. Perhaps one of the most exciting things we are working on. We throw out a massive amount of food due to rot / spoilage. Estimates of 33-40% of all food is tossed out. Extending shelf life safely could end world hunger and lower food prices dramatically."
CEO Kjirstin Breure
"you know, we have a huge opportunity with conductive plastics. That's a very rapidly growing area. We found some new advancements in the lab that now we're bringing to customers. And so that I would say is growing quickly as well."
