Folks there aren't any happier with Meetup but at least there are some responses from support staff as opposed to the contentless messages from @meetup_support to open tickets.

Is anyone hearing from @meetup_support? I opened #1603229 (emails not reaching members) on 3/5. It was showing as "open" but then vanished yesterday. @dracan @ericawoodsgo @nickebbitt @ChezBorisMTL @lucykett79 @DavidRGardiner have also been reporting lack of support.

The gmail people seem mixed. I set up another account with a Yahoo mail address and it didn't get the emails either. @dracan asked about email headers...

@lucykett79 @meetup_support Hi Lucy, did you ever get a response from support? I don't see a waitlist option unless there is someone on the waitlist, but when there is a waitlist then I see the names.

Hi all, I am seeing duplicates in the Going list when I go in to Manage Attendees for an event. Are other people seeing this also? @meetup_support - this is logged as #1608990

I also tried a secondary account with a Yahoo email address but I am not getting messages there either. Gmail folks seem less likely to get the messages but I can't figure out the pattern.

I also see that the "layoff is taking place that will impact many of them". WeWork was not great so maybe @bendingspoons will be better. @meetup_support - can you tell us when support will be back online?

@dracan @meetup_support Same issue. Logged a ticket on 3/5, no response and ticket disappeared yesterday. Multiple other people have been tweeting about this same issue.

@nickweisser @Meetup Hi Nick, I am having the exact same problem. It used to work fine. Some of my members are getting the messages but most are not. I logged an issue with support and no response. Did your issue get resolved?
