Was meant to fly with @flybe from @EDI_Airport to Birmingham at 08:50 on August 20th 2022 (AJ2T22). The airport experience was far from smooth. Which ended up in missing my flight and my daughter & myself stranded in Edinburgh & our suitcase missing too. 1/2

@flybe @EDI_Airport Regardless, the two ladies at flybe who helped me were amazing. Couldn’t thank them enough for their help. Despite not getting anywhere, they still took the time to help and I appreciate that!

@flybe @EDI_Airport Hi Paul, I did contact them but they refused to refund me. They offered to rebook us for tomorrow but it would have cost much more to get accommodation overnight. Either way I was out of pocket.

@EDI_Airport please rectify this. It has caused me lots of stress. I have cried 5 times today already. Almost had a panic attack waiting in security. It’s not fair on me or my toddler. To make it worse, you don’t even have a customer service desk to contact you to complain.

I am now left with a grumpy toddler, no nappies, lost suitcase, no money, and all alone. Adding the fuel cost and train tickets on top of that too. @flybe did offer to rebook our flights for tomorrow but there was no accommodation we could afford due to the fridge festival.
