MIAMI & SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Core Scientific (NASDAQ: CORZ) and AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) today announced a partnership to shape the future of AI infrastructure, with AMD to secure up to 2.5 gigawatts of data center capacity to support end customer deployments of AMD AI solutions. As part of the agreement, Core Scientific and AMD will collaborate on physical infrastructure design and the deployment of AMD Instinct™ GPUs, EPYC™ CPUs, and ROCm™ software.

As AI demand continues to accelerate, access to power, land and data center infrastructure has become critical to bringing new AI compute online. The agreement expands capacity for the AMD ecosystem with more than 500 megawatts of U.S. infrastructure beginning in 2027, with the opportunity to scale up to 2.5 gigawatts. By expanding access to Core Scientific’s AI-ready infrastructure, AMD is enabling end customers to deploy AI faster and at greater scale.

美国政治经济学家阿尔伯特·赫希曼，写过一本小册子，名叫《退出、呼吁与忠诚》。该书提到，面对衰退的组织，人们只有三种反应，要么退出，要么呼吁，要么忠诚。

退出是用脚投票，呼吁是抗议协商，忠诚则保持沉默。

赫希曼认为，退出和呼吁是竞争关系。退出太容易就没人呼吁，呼吁失败又会催生更多退出。此外，退出对组织有约束作用，顾客流失企业才会改进；公民移民政府才能改革。

对中国来说，资本外流、中产移民，这些都是退出；而媒体监督、社会讨论，这些属于呼吁。想减少退出，最有效的方法，就是接纳呼吁，并提高呼吁有效性。

不幸的是，退出有资本管制，呼吁有封号禁言。大家能选的也只有忠诚，可忠诚在中国也有标准，叫忠诚不绝对，就是绝对不忠诚。

所以，资本管制看似堵住了资本外流，其实也堵住了自我纠错的机会。

易中天曾说，所谓移民潮包括两种人，财富精英和知识精英。财富精英带走财富，知识精英带走知识，留下的就只有贫穷和愚昧。一个贫穷和愚昧的国家，只需要皇上和强权。因为人民越贫穷越愚昧，就越寄希望于一个好皇上，和一个强权政府。

So many speculative stocks out there diluting shareholders with no FCF or probability are trading at 20-100x+P/S.

I just dont get why short sellers are this stupid.
