We may be a jack of all trades master of none but I guarantee we are better than 95% of people who try. Keep grinding, mix it up. Be good at everything
For real if you want to progress physically you gotta feel bad for skipping the gym and make up for it. Don't kill yourself in the gym but make sure you cross your t's and dot your I's (sleep, diet, regroup/restart)
