@UPS_UK Be extremely careful with using UPS. I returned a package to a supplier in the original packaging, unopened and UPS damaged it in transit and disposed of it. They are now refused to pay for goods despite me paying to take out extra insurance. The insurance is clearly not worth it

@UPS_UK Hi UPS, Please can you advise on my claim ref 63846656 that is still outstanding, despite you saying you will contact me and me calling you five times. The service you are providing for customers is despicable and I paid extra for insurance as well. Very poor service
