@TUIUK moving my return flight from 11:00pm to 1am the following day is not a “minor change” when you have two children. It is subjective one hopes a bit of common sense prevails. You are refusing to do anything eg obtain a room for the evening /night unless I pay for it myself!

@tarajanejones @BootsUK After 250 on an emergency 4 hour return pcr test she was then able to go. Boots then out the blue emailed her the results as well, so not sure what happened there. They did refund my sister for her boots test. Just adds stress to what is alway painful on family holiday travel.

@BootsUK my sister has done a PCR test with you and flies tomorrow morning at 6am. You have lost the test and the lab can’t find it. We have the other three results. Probably not the first time this has happened. What’s the next step to sort? It’s Sunday so nobody on the phone.
