Lost Rail Golf Club outside Omaha, NE had been on my calendar for more than a year. Last week, I finally got to visit. It was very much worth the wait.
In his first solo effort, architect Scott Hoffman created a terrific golf course that capitalizes on every single element of interest on this remarkable piece of land. Incorporating ravines, meadows, hills and even an old rail line, the golf course is challenging for the best, fun for all, and as interesting on the 10th play as on the 1st.
Amidst a flurry of new private clubs popping up everywhere in recent years, Lost Rail has captured something special. I’m looking forward to sharing some of that with you alongside more photos of this beautiful place in future posts.
Hey @Twitter people want like 2 things on this platform.
1) To see tweets in chronological order and no other order
2) An edit button.
That's really it. We'll figure the rest out.

If ordinary Americans had spent like the federal government did in 2020, the median household that earns $68,703 would have spent $131,620 and put $62,917 on the credit card, despite already being $541,287 in debt. @DavidADitch https://t.co/kQb2xPLWIf
New renderings for the Lost Rail clubhouse.
We want to capture the charm and character of a restored 1920s home, a place that could have been here when railroad workers constructed their track across the property a century ago.
Nebraska had first and goal from the Rutgers 2. It then called a shovel pass to Chris Hickman, who hadn’t caught a pass all season, a QB draw, and two runs with its 5-10, 185 receiver.
They scored, but what are we doing here?
