@EE Thanks, will do but we have gone elsewhere now as needed to get this one done urgently and have another 4 company phones with screen issues to sort out.

@EE why do you advertise £60 for a screen change then charge £80 when we turn up for the appointment? Isn't that mis selling? Why not charge the cost you quoted and advertised? Not a way to do business!!

@EE They also said £80 before properly looking at what was required as soon as we entered the shop.

@EE Yes they did, spoke to them on the phone, gave make and model of phone, was told £60 and got to the appointment and it was £80. They said they were unable to change the price!

@parcelforce @parcelforce delivery has arrived, albeit 2 hours too late.

@parcelforce booked a pre 10am urgent delivery for today and have just been told it is on a van at the depot 20 minutes away but we can't go and get it and it is unlikely to be delivered today. What terrible customer service! Unbelievable!

@parcelforce @parcelforce I've been told three times someone is 'looking into it' and have been fobbed off. Depot is 20 mins away from us. This mess up has a large cost implication to our business.
