@kateatherley Circular knitting....needles point towards you, not away from you. If, by mistake, you're knitting inside out, simply push the work through so that's its the right way and knit with tips towards you.......nobody warns you! Lol

@AnnKingstone I come from Rossendale and worked in the textile museum there. They still have a working spinning floor. I'd think he'd have been an apprentice though, a fully fledged spinner aged 8 is unlikely. If you ever get over that way, the museum is worth a look 😎

@ElaineCrory And will the renter "catch up" the missed payments? The mortgage payers will have to. And then the landlord who has no mortgage but uses the rental income as their salary.....how do they survive? It's a very complicated situation, nothing like your portrayal of it.
