6. In this post-pandemic era, employees work from remote all the time, inevitably become contractors for self or other companies for whatever reasons. if I can't control it, embrace it.

5. Different talents needed in each business stage, like to make this an on-going practice not limited to this early stage

4. Great ideas make great talents willing to devote themselves into the work, doesn't matter if you are a 20%-committed contractors or a full-time employee, I actually underpay with a great idea

3. By first principles, satisfactory salary and stock outweighs all other employee benefits (insurances, offices, free meals, etc.), which is the only thing i would offer to the contractors, they can get everything else as needed
