Continuing the conversation of Border Security and the work of our US Border Patrol Agents.
If we quit talking about it, people will forget about it…

SCOOP: “The administration is still orchestrating a systemic shell game… The focus on the decrease in Border Patrol apprehensions is on illegal crossings between ports of entry, and fails to account for catastrophic numbers at official ports of entry…”
@HomelandGOP sends out “fact sheet” to House Republicans—Pushing back against the victory lap the Biden Administration is taking on lower Border Patrol apprehensions—Saying the damage of allowing millions of people to come into the country has already been done.
NEW: “This administration is not changing direction. They don’t seem to care…”@RepTroyNehls talks about the @JudiciaryGOP report saying some of the 99 individuals who flagged on the FBI terror watchlist have ties to ISIS. He talks about the removal process for these individuals— Backing former President Trump’s plan for a “massive roundup.” He says it will take a coordinated effort to pull that off.
Rep. Nehls says they had to rely heavily on sources within Border Patrol due to the lack of transparency from the administration’s DHS adding there are just some things they cannot get.
The congressman says he is confident former President Trump and @JDVance will do away with the #CBPOne app as one of their first orders of business at the border. He also discusses the issues with the vetting process and strained relationships with countries like Venezuela. He says he has sent three letters to @DHSgov@SecMayorkas highlighting these concerns that remain unanswered.
Congressman Nehls says this report is important for American voters to understand the ongoing issues at the southern border.
Last week, Rep. Nehls stood alongside @SenTedCruz to introduce the “Justice for Jocelyn” act—Which would require illegal immigrants be detained or monitored 24/7 while their cases play out.

TX: Coyote hill over here in the El Paso sector—3 guys sitting there using binoculars, watching us, waiting for it to be clear so they can send a group of undocumented individuals through this hole—The wall just ends here and then there’s nothing.
They waved back at us and shortly after, a 4th man joined them on the hill. Law enforcement at the border tell me the cartels always have the high ground and are always one step ahead… Clearly.
“I just sometimes I second guess myself because I think all right, well, I’m gonna I’m showing too much…” Terrell County Sheriff @ThadForTexas is getting messages directly from the cartel who are using his page for intel and also taunting him.
The sheriff, who spent 26 years in Border Patrol, says it comes with the territory but there are obvious concerns.
In the 2nd inning, the Nats had the umpires check Elly De La Cruz’s bat to make sure it was legal
In the 5th inning he homered and told them to check it again

Just got out of Prime Minister Modi’s address to the joint session of Congress. He talked about India’s booming GDP growth. It’s ironic that even the Democrats applauded while supporting nakedly anti-growth policies agendas here at home: anti-carbon, anti-nuclear, anti-work. I respect Modi for reviving national pride in India. It was a healthy reminder of what we’re missing right here in America.
