If you have affordable housing development you want to get underway, you can now bid for new grant funding on a scheme by scheme basis

We are now open for bids for grant through Continuous Market Engagement (CME). This route allows organisations to apply for affordable housing funding for individual schemes throughout the programme period – while funding remains available.
