@HMRCcustomers I dont understand the codes but I think it’s the reported amount of state pension that’s wrong. She lives in Australia and her pension isn’t uprated anymore. How come it’s so high? And increasing each year?

@HMRCcustomers My aunt moved to Australia permanently in 2011 her state pension was frozen. The last 2 yrs she got a tax bill.apparently her state pension’s over the personal allowance. according to HMRC her state pension increased annually. It says she gets over £17k- incorrect.

@HMRCcustomers Yes it has. She had a tax bill last year which she paid and has got another one this year which needs to be paid by Jan 2026

They keep asking for reservation number the charge is for. This is a random charge and does not relate to reservation. The notation on my credit card is: Partners on Booking BV Amsterdam NL. I have sent numerous screenshots but get no help other than to ask for reservation number
