Rarely tweet, as my views are either deeply shallow, or superficially deep. They are mine though, not those of Stuff, The Post or The Sunday-Star Times.
@legsidelizzy Hey Elizabeth, we covered the Cairns trial together and you were a joy to work with. Have heaps of love from New Zealand (and Aotearoa as well). And if more is required have that too.
@SaintCrawford @NickKyrgios Novak is at a press conference where journalists ask questions. It's the only place they can ask questions. The answer to that question gave revealing insights into his mindset. That's what questions are meant to do. If you want "why are you a walking tennis god?" go elsewhere.
@rachjthomas And thousands of cars go down the road each day without crashing, how about stories on them? And Ukraine v Russia war - why no stories on Bhutan and Switzerland not being at war? Come on!!!
@JustJaneNZ@KarenOnTheCouch@WhangareiHAC Arms were folded in an unfriendly way to conceal the heavy splatters of mud across my shirt, as the result of a foolhardy attempt to hit a ball out of a mud puddle #fail.
If flies have thousands of eyes why can't they find their way out an open door, instead spending their lives smashing themselves into closed windows? (And annoying me!)
@secondzeit@WasRasMus@ruaika@richlangston2@SteelyDass @markrevington @damianchristie @philternz @grantkmcdougall I despise Cool Change on every level, I already hated it when I was dumped while it played on my ex’s car radio. Her new man “was born under the sign of water” she said dreamily to me, an Aquarian. I might have taken it out on her, but I chose to blame Little River Band
@LGTopical "Pretty good" question. It's a press conference. It's where golfers answer/elude questions, part of what they are paid to do. Anyone who thinks they are on tap 24 hours a day to reporters are fooling themselves. They are rarely available. So when they are, ask. Or learn nothing.
In today's Star-Times, an exclusive extract from columnist @avancenz's new book, going behind the scenes of the National Party's leadership woes. @honestnorks considers how to fix NZ, and Virginia Fallon talks to Billy Joel and Jimmy Carr
