@Uber_Support I did receive three emails from your support team and all reads something like sorry you did not find the quality acceptable, but we can't refund you. I was sent spoiled food, too much salt and oil, oil oozing, took pictures and sent you and @UberEats does not take responsibility
@UberEats placed an order through Instacart app, the food was too salty and oily, contacted Instacart and was told Uber Eats handles all the restaurant orders and asked me to contact them, I did and the agent just left the chat saying someone will contact me in 6-12 hours
@Uber_Support I received the response from your team, very disappointed. Basically Uber Eats does not help the customers who order through Instacart. If this is the case, I will be ordering from Grubhub and not Uber moving forward. Sent you the screenshots of what your team responded with.

@Uber_Support Uber support responded saying although the order was not to your satisfactory quality but we cannot refund you, what is that supposed to mean? If the order has issue, customer should get a refund

@Uber_Support Are you with Uber Eats? hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. It is very frustrating that Instacart uses Uber Eats for restaurant orders, yet the Uber app does not reflect any history of those orders, leading to customers’ concerns being dismissed.

@Uber_Support When an Instacart places a restaurant order, that ordered will be handled by Uber Eats. There is a problem, Instacart accepts no responsibility and sends the customer to Uber Eat for help. The order does not show up on the Uber Eat app and therefore Uber Eat says they can't help!
