Use this formula:

1) Start with the most relevant strength
Find what the company actually needs — lead with that.

✅ “I systematically manage multiple tasks, and consistently deliver ahead of deadlines.”

2) Add measurable achievements
Numbers = proof.
Without proof, it’s just talk — even my kid can talk.

❌ “I supported the team.”
✅ “I managed 3 projects simultaneously and maintained a 98% on-time completion rate.”

3) Link it directly to the job you’re applying for
Show HR exactly how your strengths align with the role.

✅ “I improved internal communication flow in my previous team, and I know this role needs someone who can streamline work across multiple departments.”

4) End with ‘Why You + Why This Role.’
Show why you’re the right fit + why you genuinely care about the role.
