@iSpaceFace Yup, I would’ve found Chow guilty.
To answer the second part. If Cyrus did steal, it’s absolutely reasonable to chase him down to recover your belongings. If Cyrus pulls a gun, Chow can too. Since Cyrus didn’t, it’s murder
@iSpaceFace Primarily cuz it turned into a race issue when it never was.
I’m not very familiar with that case, and I’ve only read a few articles. If Cyrus pointed a gun at someone, the case is closed. If Cyrus was running away when he was shot, then Chow should be rotting in a jail cell
@iSpaceFace The manslaughter case is closed once he entered school grounds with a knife. As I said before, one person dies at 17 while a murderer walks free at 55 (possibly 37 with parole), with plenty of life left to live. Imagine being in Austin’s father’s shoes. It makes me sick
@iSpaceFace@ForLonghorn2@mccoy2shipley Tope, I’m willing to bet you’ve been in an altercation and never resorted to stabbing especially at a HS event… He murdered a kid and only got 35yrs. A murderer gets to live the second half of his life while the other ends at 17. Don’t be the guy that defends a murderer
