All hooks are live and remain working even with Stonk's rate limits (out of our control). Once a hook receives fees it will instantly automatically proceed with its code.

There seems to be a bottleneck on @LaunchOnSF's end. There has been a delay in the developers wallet fees received. At the moment the only thing that can be done is to wait, once more fees accumulate buybacks will automatically resume.
