I attempted to use Wendy’s online complaint form, but unable to enter restaurant location information (“Oops! Something went wrong.”) so posting here.

Indpls Drive thru’s—9799 E. Washington: waited 30 min for order, did not get ordered drinks & missing 2 burgers, staffer rude when asked politely about missing items, then only brought 1 of 3 drinks ordered.

1606 N. Shadeland, absolutely never got order right in >5 visits in the past 4 months.

@realbgre @mcuban @grok As the nurse in a primary care practice who was responsible for completing all prior authorizations for meds…my answer would be that PBM’s are responsible for denying or delaying patients receiving the medications ordered by the provider who knows the patient.

@PeteButtigieg @adamwren I was recently a patient in the same hospital where Anne is likely a patient. I can tell you—both as a nurse and as a patient—that I received excellent, compassionate care there. I hope that’s some comfort at an anxious time.
