@JetBlue An operator name Melrose sat on the phone and then came back and relayed information allegedly from the supervisor with the same information without letting me speak to anyone- what’s going on over there?

Has anyone else found that @JetBlue ‘s customer service is going downhill? impossible to get help on the phone & really bad outsourced operators with bad stall tactics to keep your from speaking to someone who can actually assist you or can answer basic questions. It’s insulting
